Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Work Product

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your intended business purposes.

Payment Terms

Warranties and Disclaimers

Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
